How to find someones email on Yahoo?

Ok, I'm trying to find someone on yahoo, and I don't know where to begin to find this person's email address. I don't know what he goes by on Yahoo. And I had it on an old account for yahoo, but I don't remember the email and password to that one. So..ya, is there a way to search for yahoo members, without having to search the entire web?

Well you can always go to the yahoo search engine (or any search engine) and put the name in quotes, "John Smith" which will search for the exact phrase... It's a web search, which I know you said you didn't want to do - but it's more specific than a general web search...





There's a lot of search engines that let you look for an email address using the name - but most of them loop back to paid services to get the results which might or might not be good...





If you really want to find out about a person - which I know you just want their email address - the best I have ever found is net detective... It's around $20 or $30 I think but it gives you ALL the information about a person... It searches all kinds of public records... But that's more an investigative service... Just thought I would mention it though for information purposes... Sorry I can't be more helpful...
