I would like to respond to someone that answered my question and permits the sending of email.
Yahoo tells me to enable Yahoo Answers email but does not tell me how.
So how can I enable Yahoo Answers email?

Go to your yahoo answers profile click edit my info and select the option that allows email communications with other people on this site.
Reply:Click on your user name, Avatar or the My Q%26amp;A link and access your Answers Profile page. Click the Edit my Info link and set up the email link.
