I am getting emails from my buddies who use hotmail up to a half hour after they send it. Why is that and how do i fix it?

Yahoo has been working on their servers, some can't send, receive or even log on at this time. So there is nothing you can do to fix it. It's Yahoo

how busy the system is.
I have had some messages take 1 hour
to be recieved.
